Obituary for Theresa Coshenet
Theresa G. Coshenet, 93, of Oconto, died Friday, June 2, 2206 at Bay Shore Pines, Oconto. Theresa was born May 1, 1913 in Chicago, IL, to the late Louis and Kathryn (Mortz) Lipp. She married Nestor Coshenet on August 31, 1935 at St. Anthony?s Catholic Church, Oconto Falls. He preceded her in death on April 20, 1986. Theresa worked in a glove factory most of her life. She enjoyed canning and cooking, and loved her flower garden. In 1999, Theresa wrote a book about her family and life history. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto. Theresa is survived by two daughters Marilyn Coshenet, Oconto; Diana (Lawrence) Ozechowski, Oconto; one son Richard (Sharon) Coshenet, Oconto; one brother Mike (Lorretta) Lipp, Oconto; two sisters-in-law Donna Lipp, Oconto; Fayette Coshenet, Oconto Falls; six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by four brothers Conrad, Frank, Steve, Joe, and Louis Lipp; five sisters Kathryn Belongia, Mary Fischer, Susie Denny, Anna LeMieux, and Eva Lipp; and one grandson James Ozechowski. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM Tuesday, June 6, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 11:30 AM at the church with the Rev. David C. Ruby officiating. Burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, is assisting the family. On line condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
