Obituary for Emily Zubko
Emily Zubko, 82, W6733 County M, Coleman passed away September 6, 2005 at her home. She was born February 1, 1923 in Poland and came to the U. S. in 1959. She married Dimitri Zubko, November 11, 1952. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish, Oconto. Nothing gave her greater joy than cooking for her children, and nothing gave her children greater joy than eating it. She was a great cook!! Survivors include her husband Dimitri; five daughters Katie (John) Brazeau, Oconto; Natalie (Joe) Render, West Bend; Mary (Paul) Hegmann, Owensboro, KY; Irene (Steve) Myers, Vallejo, CA; Theresa (Dick) Hartman, Englewood, FL; two sons Peter (Nancy) Zubko, Oconto; Joe (Paulette) Zubko, Mountain Home, AK; 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Holy Trinity Parish, Oconto from 9:00 to 11:0 A. M., Monday, September 12, 2005. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A. M. Monday at the church with Rev. David C. Ruby officiating. Burial will be at Oconto Catholic Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Sister Angela, Father Ruby, Sherry Tibbits, River City Rental, and all the girls at Northland Home Health for their excellent care, Dr. Lovar, Laurie Walters, and most of all her dear friend Kathy Trinkl.
