Obituary for Wallace DeHut
Wallace (Wally) DeHut, age 75, 5529 County N. Oconto passed away September 13, 2005 at his home. Wally was born January 17, 1930 in Oconto to the late Raymond and Ethel (Burdick) DeHut. He married Beverly Weigelt January 24, 1948, she preceded him in death October 30, 1998. Wally worked for Procter and Gamble in Green Bay for 38 years, retiring in 1988. He loved hunting, fishing, and his flower garden. Survivors include his very special friend Mary Ann Nichols, three daughters Vicki Richter, Oconto; Robin Garrigan, Marinette; Stacy DeHut, Oconto; two sons Brian (Jackie) DeHut, Oconto; Brent DeHut, Oconto; three brothers Richard (Vonnie) DeHut, Waukesha; Lilburn (Linda) DeHut, Oconto Falls, Ronald (Marion) DeHut, Oconto; five sisters Marie Cearfoss, Milwaukee; Kathy Prestine, Green Bay; Norma Walkowiak, Oconto; Jackie (Robert) Bertram, Neenah; Donna (Bud) Strobel, Conover, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Wally was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and 2 sisters Patty and Doris. Friends may call at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto from 1 to 3:00 P. M. Saturday, September 17, 2005. Memorial service will be 3:00 P. M. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Richard DeBenedetto officiating. On line condolences may be expressed a www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
