Obituary for Shirley Zoeller
Shirley Zoeller, 82, Oconto, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Sun Valley Homes Nine Acres, Oconto. Shirley was born October 3, 1935 to the late Herbert and Gladys (Blucher) Weigelt. She married Marvin Zoeller on October 27, 1956. He preceded her in death on August 4, 2017. Shirley worked for Bond Pickle Co. and Great Lakes Shoe Co. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Oconto.
Shirley is survived by her three sons, Daniel (Rosanne); Gregory (Julie Adams); Gerald (Sandy); grandchildren, Joshua (Martina), Amber (Eric), Justin, Katie (fiancé Justin), Shana, Sarah (Waleed), Abby, Kevin, Chelsey (fiancé Justin); great grandchildren, Rida, Mason, William and Adam; a brother-in-law, Vernon (Carol) Zoeller; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Marvin, two sisters, Janice (Edward) Yurek, Patricia (Robert) Wellens, and Marvin’s nine brothers and sisters and their spouses.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the United Methodist Church, Oconto, from 9 to 11 AM Thursday, September 6, 2018. Funeral services will conducted 11 AM Thursday at the church with the Rev. Dave Henke officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
