Obituary for Sally A. Stansbury-Turcek

Sally A. Stansbury-Turcek, 66, of Oconto, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. Sally was born September 9, 1946 in LeMark, TX to the late David and Bennie (Smart) Stansbury. She married Raymond E. Turcek on August 7, 2005. Sally served six years as a Captain in US Marine Corps. Sally and Ray raised Gypsy horses, attending many horse shows. Horses, dogs and cats were their children. Sally worked as Human Resource Director at Schreiber Foods for over fifteen years. Sally is survived by her husband, Raymond E. Turcek, Oconto; uncle, Harry (Carolyn) LaNoue, New Mexico; cousin, Rick (Cathy) LaNoue, Colorado. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 6 to 9 PM Monday, March 4, 2013. Memorial services will be conducted 8 PM Monday at the funeral home by Rev. Peter Dorn. Visitation will continue after the service until 9 PM. Online condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
