Patricia C. Van Hulle, a long-time resident of the Oconto area, died peacefully on Saturday, November28, 2015 at Woodlands of Oconto. Patricia was born December 4, 1927 in Two Rivers, to Louis and Helen (Glandt) Pahl. Patricia graduated from Riverside High School in Milwaukee in 1945. Her family moved to Oconto the day after she graduated. Patricia married George Van Hulle on April 19, 1947, in Oconto at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Pat farmed just outside of town on Maple Grove School Rd. with her husband until his death in 1990. She then moved to town and was active in bowling, hospital auxiliary, church activities and supporting her grandchildren at sporting events. She held various offices in the auxiliary and bowling league. She was even known as the “gravy lady” at church bazaars. Pat loved playing cards and entertaining others with her never ending jokes. She enjoyed cooking, reading and watching the Green Bay Packers. Pas was never at a loss for words and could tell a story with animated enthusiasm. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Parish.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four siblings, Jerome Pahl, Lois Pahl, Joan Whiting and Mary Jean Elfner, many -in-laws, relatives and friends.
