Obituary for Marie Cearfoss

Marie Cearfoss, 84, formerly of Green Bay, passed away Monday, August 29, 2011at Mt. Carmel, Greenfield, WI. Marie was born September 29, 1926 in Oconto to the late Raymond and Ethel (Burdick) DeHut. Marie enjoyed gardening, especially her roses. Marie loved her family very much. Marie is survived by a son Steven (Kathleen) Tappa, Brookfield; two sisters Norma Walkowiak, Lt. Suamico; Donna Strobel, Black Creek; a brother Ronald (Marion) DeHut, Oconto; three grandchildren Shane Tappa, Nicole Tappa, Patricia (Bill) St. Thomas, two great grandchildren and a special friend Janice Whiting, Oconto Falls. She was preceded in death by a son Bernard Tappa Jr., grandson David Tappa, seven brothers and sisters and two great grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 9 to 11 AM Saturday, September 3, 2011. Memorial services will be conducted 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home. On line condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
