Obituary for Lonnie Lee Kasbaum
Lonnie Lee Kasbaum, 53, of Oconto, lost his battle with diabetes, Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Lonnie in his younger years worked for Witt Ford in Crivitz and Cruisers Yatchs. He tended bar for Woody’s OK tavern for many years. Lonnie lived most of his life in Oconto and Crivitz. Lonnie loved to cook and tinker with cars. He had a love for the Oconto breakwater and enjoyed spending time relaxing out there. Lonnie is survived by his parents, Linda (Jerome) Kopp and Lee (Ann Marie) Kasbaum all of Oconto; a daughter, Stacie Jo (Jason) Rojek, Peshtigo; two grandsons Zachariya and Whyatt; brothers, Leland “Joe” (Teresa) Kasbaum, MO; Leroy Kasbaum, Oconto; half-brother, Jayme (Carol) Kopp, Gillett; step-brother Jerome (Carol) Kopp, Peshtigo; sisters, Lori (Brian) Tonn, Peshtigo; Leah (friend Larry) Zahorik; Gillett; Lu (Paul) Stenstrup, Oconto; step-sister, Cindy Kopp, Porterfield; significant other, Diana Meni, Oconto. He was preceded in death by his twin brother Larry and brother Lennie, grandparents, Martin and Jane Lade, John and Mary Kasbaum, and brother-in-law Jeff Zahorik. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, form 2 to 6 PM Friday, April 26, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted 6 PM Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Zupansic officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfunerallhome.net.
