Obituary for Kevin K. Nischke
Kevin Lee Nischke, 24, of Peshtigo, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011. Kevin was born February 6, 1987 in Marinette to Kevin K. Nischke and Rainy L. Christopherson. Kevin graduated from Peshtigo High School in 2006. He then graduated, with honors, from ITT Tech. with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice in 2010. Kevin was very active and competed in many leagues, including, pool, dart ball and volley ball. Kevin volunteered for Manna Meals and at the Youth Center. He also enjoyed motor cross. Kevin was employed by Martin & Sons Roofing for nine years. He was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, Grover. Kevin lived for the day, he was full of life. Kevin is survived by his parents Rainy L. Christopherson and Kevin K. Nischke, Peshtigo; sister Ashley Elizabeth (special friend Travis Shatusky) Nischke, Pasadena, CA; paternal grandparents Ken and Betty Nischke, maternal grandparents Lee and Pearl Christopherson; and a special friend Justine. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, Grover, from 3 to 7 PM on Thursday, August 18, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted 7 PM Thursday at the church with the Rev. Charles Learman officiating. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, is assisting the family.
