Keith O. Tiedke, 89, of Oconto, died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Country House, Oconto. Keith was born November 30, 1916 in Oconto to the late Otto and Mary (O?Connel) Tiedke. Keith married the former Jane Roland 63 years ago on July 30, 1943. Keith was a life long resident of Oconto where he owned and operated O. Tiedke & Son general repair shop. Keith was a Master Welder and taught welding at the Vocational School in Marinette. He was an avid Packer fan and worked as a Usher at Lambeau Field for many years. Keith and his wife Jane enjoyed square dancing and belonged to the ?Red Bandana?s? in Marinette. Keith was a member of the First American Lutheran Church, Oconto, and a past member of the Oconto Masonic Pine Lodge#188. Keith is survived by his wife Jane, Oconto; three daughters Sandy (Pete) Benson, Kaukauna; JoAnn (John) Koronkiewicz, Waupaca; Patti (Jeff) Baeten, Waukesha; one sister Dorothy Fricke, Milwaukee; one sister-in-law Viola Heise, Oconto; eight grandchildren Carol (Scott) DeYoung, Crissy (Tim) Roehrig, Andy Benson, Marcus Koronkiewicz, Mikel Koronkiewicz, Annie Baeten, K.C. Baeten, Paul Baeten, and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a brother John Tiedke and his wife Bev, and one brother-in-law Walter Fricke. The family will receive relatives and friends at the First American Lutheran Church, Oconto, from 9:30 AM to 11 AM Saturday, October 28, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM at the church with the Rev. Richard DeBenedetto officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery. The family would like to thank Unity Hospice and the staff at Country House for their loving care and kindness.
