Obituary for Jesse James Williquette
Jesse James Williquette, 37, of Abrams, died on December 4, 2009 in Oconto due to an automobile accident. Jesse was born in Oconto Falls on July 25, 1972 to Edie Williquette and Bill Wernlund. Jesse attended school in Oconto. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool and spending time with his family. He worked for NEWCAP doing weatherization.
Jesse is survived by his parents Edie Williquette (Bruce Van Norman) and Bill Wernlund; Fiancee Darla Swiecichowski, two children Dalton, age 9, Reese age 1, a sister Crystal Williquette (fiancee Jim Petri); and brothers Clint, Chet, Joda, and Chance Wernlund. Also survived by nephews Dominik Osmon, Dakota Williquette; aunts and uncles John and Dixie Williquette; Larry and Grace Williquette; Sparky and Nancy Williquette; David and Cheri Rosenburg; many cousins and lots of friends. Jesse was preceded in death by grandparents Francis and Calvin Rosenberg, grandfather Alfred Williquette and cousin Michael Williquette.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday, December 8, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Zupansic officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
