Obituary for Jane Lade
Jane E. Lade, 88, of Oconto, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2008 at Woodlands Nursing Home, Oconto. Jane was born December 1, 1919 in Stile to the late Frank and Sarah (Beaucock) Ward Sr.. She married Martin Lade on January 30, 1941. He preceded her in death on May 1, 1997. Jane worked for Kriewalt Glove Co. and Milwaukee Shoe Co. Jane is survived by a daughter Linda (Jerome) Kopp, Oconto; two sons Joseph Lade, Louisville, KY; Jerald (special friend Jan Behnke) Lade, Oconto; a brother Leland (Anita) Ward, Mequon; three sisters Hazel Redlin, Pulaski; Helen Denneau, Marrero, LA; Margaret Cain, Oconto; a sister-in-law Alice Alfredson, Oconto; fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a brother Frank Ward Jr., four sisters Marion Mathey, Ivis Wusterbarth, Kathline Bellow, Loretta Ward, and two grandsons Larry and Lennie Kasbaum. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted 7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Deacon Walter Kaszynski officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery.
