Obituary for Idella Taylor

Idella J. Taylor, 89, of Oconto, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2008, at Bay Shore Pines, Oconto. Del was born April 1, 1919 in Glidden to the late Adolph and Emma (Melchin) Zielke. She married John \"Jack\" Taylor on April 21, 1956. He preceded her in death on September 10, 2004. Del graduated from Oconto High School. Del and Jack operated the Spa restaurant for 35 years. Del was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Oconto.\r\n
Del is survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a brother Theodore Zielke, and four sisters Lenore Berger, Doris Adams, Hildegard Wheaton, and Leona Wright.\r\n
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Zion Lutheran Church, Oconto, from 10 AM to 12 Noon Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted 12 Noon Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Bruce Blocker officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, is assisting the family. On line condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net
