Obituary for Harry Froelich

Harry G. Froelich, 79, of Oconto, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at Woodlands of Oconto. Harry was born October 7, 1927 in Milwaukee to the late Edgar and Elizabeth (Benton) Froelich. He married Kathryn ?Katy? Bourassa on June 12, 1948 in Oconto. Harry worked for the Milwaukee Tool Corp. for over 40 years, retiring in 1989. Harry served his country in the US Army. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Harry is survived by his wife Kathryn ?Katy?, Oconto; a daughter Shirley (Fred) Templin, Milwaukee; three sons Robert (Hermine) Froelich, German Town; John (Carol) Froelich, FL; Thomas (Julie) Froelich, Cedarberg; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by two brothers Richard and William Froelich and two sisters Elizabeth Korenak, and Joyce Smith. The family will receive relatives and friends at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto, from 9:30 to 11 AM Saturday, March 10, 2007. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday at the church with the Rev. Harry Beerntsen officiating. Burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery with Military Rites by Jones-Modrow-Young Post #74. The Gallagher Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
