Carol C. Trepanier, 77, of Oconto, died Saturday, September 9, 2006 at home. Carol was born December 7, 1929 in Oconto Falls to the late Earl and Luella (Fuller) Portier. She married Clarence ?Comp? Trepanier on June 14, 1947. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2004 after 57 years of marriage. Carol and ?Comp? owned and operated a dairy farm for 17 years. Carol then worked at Elliott Glove Co. for twenty years. Carol served as treasurer for the Knights of Colombus for many years. Carol was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Anne?s Society, and County Line Grange. Carol is survived by two daughters Lou Anne (David) Roskowski, Green Bay; Cathrine (Richard) Daeda, New Berlin; six sons Claire (Sue) Trepanier, Oconto; Daniel (Mary) Trepanier, Hot Springs, AR; Michael (Cindy) Trepanier, Oconto; Paul (Patty) Trepanier, Oconto; Kenneth (Dawn) Trepanier, West Salem; Patrick (Julie) Trepanier, Oconto; one brother Claire (Evie) Portier, Fond du Lac; 24 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence ?Comp? Trepanier. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 9 PM Wednesday, September 13, 2006 with St. Anne?s Rosary at 4:30 PM and prayer services by Deacon Walter Kaszynski at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 10:30 AM Thursday, September 14, 2006 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with the Rev. David C. Ruby, Rev. Robert Karuhn, and Rev. Paul Schumacher concelebrating. Burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery. On line condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
