Obituary for Arlene Longsine
Arlene O. Longsine, 80, of Oconto, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay. Arlene was born July 28, 1927 in Brookside to the late Oliver and Frances (Schultz) Zoeller. She married Wilbert Longsine on September 21, 1946. Arlene worked for Great lakes Shoe Co. For 24 years and Thompson Liquor for 5 years. She enjoyed watching football and baseball. Arlene loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto. Arlene is survived by her husband Wilbert Longsine, Oconto; son Clark (Becky) Longsine, Oconto; four brothers Roland Zoeller, Oconto; Bernard (Leona) Zoeller, Green Bay; Marvin (Shirley) Zoeller, Oconto; Vernon (Carol) Zoeller, two sisters Claudine (Casey) Zima, Abrams; Jacqueline (Terry) Corbit, Oconto; three grandchildren Roberta Jo Longsine, Joshua (Kelli) Longsine, Jordan Longsine, two great grandchildren Evelyn Longsine and Gabriel Longsine. She is preceded in death by two brothers Reuben Zoeller, Sylvester Zoeller, and two sisters Betty Townsend and Helen Bloom. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 9 PM Thursday, August 16,with prayer services by Deacon Walter Kaszynski at 7:30 PM. Visitation will continue on Friday, August 17, from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 11 AM Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rev. Patrick Beno and Rev. David C. Ruby concelebrating. Burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery. On line condolences may be expressed at
