Obituary for Arlene Comyne
Arlene M. Comyne, 68, of Oconto, died Friday, October 6, 2006, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay. Arlene was born July 11, 1938 in Marinette, to the late Floriman (Ford) and Antoinette (LeMay) Comyne. She was preceded in death by her father in 1944. Arlene and her mother then moved to Oconto in 1954 when Arlene was age 7. She attended St. Peter?s Catholic School and graduated from Oconto High School in 1956. Following graduation Arlene moved to Chicago where she worked for 32 years as a manager of Park Auto. Following the sale of the business in 1988 Arlene followed her dream to purchase a resort in Rhinelander, WI. Sold the resort in 1990 and moved back to Oconto following her mother?s death. Arlene resided in Oconto until her passing. She is survived by cousins and many, many, many great friends and cousins. She sends a great big thank you to all that were with her in the end. The family will receive relatives and friends at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto, from 10 to 11 AM Monday, October 9, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Monday at the church with the Rev. Paul Schumacher officiating. Burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery.
