Clara Elizabeth Cook-Truckey, 91, of Oconto, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Woodlands of Oconto. Clara was born May 27, 1918 in Oconto to the late George and Alice (Colignon) Bell. She married Frank Cook on November 17, 1938. He preceded her in death in July of 1972. She married Amos Truckey on July 24, 1978. Clara was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto.

Clara is survived by her husband Amos Truckey, Oconto; a son Tom (Ann) Cook, Oconto; a sister Ila Selner, Oconto Falls; six grandchildren Randy (Sue) Smith, Danny Smith, Pam Smith, Connie (Scott) Wooley, Joel (Val) Cook, Betsy (Scott) Nickel, nine great grandchildren Andy Smith, Jenny Smith, Nicholas Smith, Melissa Smith, Josh Smith, Ethan Wooley, Alissa Wooley, Kevin Nickel and Kaylyn Nickel. She was preceded in death by a son Terry Cook and a daughter Barbara Smith.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday, January 26, 2010 with prayer services by Deacon Walter Kaszynski at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, January 27 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto, with the Rev. Patrick Beno officiating.
